Janet Luxton, Attorney/Senior ERISA Consultant at Vanguard Strategic Retirement Consulting
Janet is a senior consultant and attorney in Vanguard Strategic Retirement Consulting. She consults with large institutional retirement plan clients on a range of issues including plan design, fiduciary best practices, and compliance issues. Prior to joining Vanguard, Ms. Luxton was a senior compliance consultant with Mercer HR Services. At Mercer, she advised clients on a broad range of employee benefits issues involving defined contribution, defined benefit, and health and welfare plans.
Ms. Luxton earned a B.A. in sociology at Suffolk University, and a J.D. at The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Massachusetts bars.
Andy Pooser, AIF, QKA, QPFC – Southeast TPA Channel Director, John Hancock
As a 25+year veteran in the retirement plan industry, Andy brings a wealth of expertise to his customers. Over the years, his diverse roles have included third party administrator, investment market analyst, key account manager, and external sales for recordkeeping and TPA firms.
Currently Andy is a TPA Channel Director for John Hancock in the southeast. This role serves as the primary relationship manager for John Hancock’s largest TPA partners and focuses on comprehensive business consulting for these firm’s owners.
Stacey Scott, CRPS – Director of TPA Business Development, CUNA Mutual
Stacey Scott, CRPS, is the Director of TPA Business Development with oversight across the United States. In this role, she is responsible for building relationships and distributing Cuna Mutual Group’s unbundled platform to the TPA community.
Stacey joined Cuna Mutual Group in 2017 as the TPA, Business Development Consultant in our Eastern Division. Prior to joining the company, she served as a TPA Regional Vice President with Voya.
A graduate of the University of Kentucky, Stacey received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management. She maintains FINRA securities registrations as well as a life insurance license.
In 2023, Stacey joined the NIPA Board of Directors.
Jennifer Doss, CRPS, QKA, TGPC – Director and Defined Contribution Practice Leader, CAPTRUST
Jennifer joined CAPTRUST in 2007 and is currently a senior director of the firm’s defined contribution practice, responsible for the development of defined contribution services to address the needs of CAPTRUST’s clients. Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer worked as a financial advisor at Ameriprise.
Jennifer received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting with a concentration in finance from North Carolina State University and holds the Chartered Retirement Plans SpecialistSM, Qualified 401(k) Administrator, and Tax-Exempt and Governmental Plan Consultant designations.
